This policy explains what information Tunely collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we reasonably can.
1. Information we collect
Account: your email address. Authentication: temporary one-time login codes. Usage: the prompts you enter, the songs you generate, and basic activity needed to run the service and prevent abuse (including IP address and request counts). Payments: handled by our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card details.
2. How we use information
To provide and improve the service, sign you in, process payments and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, and send essential service messages (such as your login code).
3. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Service providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers strictly to operate Tunely: cloud hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI generation. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and generation data while your account is active. We keep secure backups for disaster recovery. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see Contact).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor valid requests as required by law.
7. Children
Tunely is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the date above when we do; significant changes will be made clear.
